Since 2001, GBR has been dishing out confrontational political punk in their native Indianapolis - where they finally won Punk Rock Night's 2008 Best Release category for Capitol Wave. With a sound that harks back to classic punk from the 80s, the band approaches their sometimes weighty material with enough touches of working class humor that the surf guitar breaks blend in seamlessly.
