Slit Your Wrists interviewed Joe from Harley Poe. Somehow we missed this back in February.

Q: How did you guys all meet, and how did it all come together to form Harley Poe?

Joseph: Cristian and I have been doing this together the longest. We worked at a strip club/daycare center together here in Kokomo. When my band Calibretto broke up, I asked him to play drums for Harley Poe. He liked the way I looked in my speedo and immediately agreed. We later found Gregg at a homeless shelter while playing in Fort Wayne. We felt sorry for him so we gave him a job. He agreed to work for pussy, and Cristian’s pussy is out of this world. Of course he couldn’t play an instrument, but neither could Cristian. Nor could I for that matter. We learn as we go. The new guy, Wesley, is my 14 year old son. I’m just trying to show him the ropes. Of course there are others in the band; Kevin, Kerr, and Freebird, but we only take them out of the box as we need them.
